My high school soccer team has found their groove. We are 1-0 in our league so far, and we’ve won 3 straight. Today we have our second Frontier League soccer game. We should win this game, but it’s cold out and that may have an impact. We are also missing some kids. It shouldn’t be a problem, but….you never know. After starting the season 0-3, it will be nice to get our record to above .500.

UPDATE:  Another big win by the team.  A 10-0 win once again, and now we are 4-3 with a 2-0 record in our league and our district.  It’s nice to see us hitting our stride.  Next week will be a huge week for us.  If we win both our games next week, we have to be considered the favorites to win our league, our district, and get to the state playoffs.  A huge accomplishment for a first year varsity program.  That being said, we still have a long, long way to go to get to that point.
